“ I cannot stress this enough, I absolutely love the food here. We came on a weekday thinking it would be a lot slower but we were definitely wrong. This place was beyond packed, but the line went smoothly and the employees were efficiently taking down everyone’s orders. When we got to the register the lady at the front was so kind and helpful, which made the process run very smoothly. We waited maybe 10-15 minutes for our food to arrive and it included all of the extra toppings like salsas, limes, and a bag mixed with onion/cilantro. My husband and I ordered Al Pastor Tacos x3, Birria Taco with cheese, Chicken Taco, and a side of Carne Asada Fries. All of the meats were perfectly seasoned, cooked very well, and they did not skimp on the servings. Their freshly made salsas were packed with flavor and had a good amount of spice to them. One of my favorite things I ate that day, were the Carne Asade Fries. The fries were very crispy, the meat was so tender, and the toppings were generously layered on top. This will definitely be my go-to Mexican spot when I’m on this side of town. ”
“ Best tacos in town! The places looks a little run down from the outside but... it's also a little run down inside too! That's how you know the tacos are good! The pastortacos with pineapple were amazing but we also tried the carnitas, chicken and steak! Stop reading and just go, you won't regret it. ”
“ Love the vibe of this place. People working here are very nice and keep the place very clean. I love the authentic feel to the place. From my experience. I know thats a lot to claim in vegas but its just my opinion. I know everyone can say somthing different based on there past experience. But im just a red neck feom ohio that's been to Mexico a hand full of times and i love this place. ”
“ We came to this location because it has a California burrito (choice of meat, cheese, French fries, and pico), the location on Las Vegas Blvd, north of the strip, does not have it (FYI). My husband and I are from Southern California and this was close to the Cali burritos there but not quite. The balance wasn’t right. It needed a little more fries, there was a little too much cheese, where there were strings of cheese coming out when you bite into it, and we missed the guacamole. But it was pretty good! I ordered the chorizo breakfast burrito, which was filled with chorizo scrambled with eggs, rice, beans, cheese and it said it had sour cream but I didn’t taste it at all. It was also very good, and the green aquacate salsa was spicy and delicious, the green tomatillo salsa also had great flavor and not as spicy. They do have a large menu, with many choices, and the marinated pork that roasts on the spit, that they slice off fresh. Also the restaurant smelled clean and had lots of seating, with the typical taco shop music playing. ”
“ Casa del Sabor is easily one of my favorite spots! The al pastor tacos are absolutely amazing — full of flavor and perfectly cooked. You can tell the food is great because there’s always a line no matter what time of day. The people here are super friendly and the service is fast and genuine. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic, delicious tacos! ”
